KAELX is a purchasing service for customers in Sri Lanka. An item is purchased in Korea after the local team confirms your payment. Availability, delivery estimates and import arrangements must be confirmed for your order.
Orders and local payment
Follow the payment instructions shown with your order and include your order number. The site does not collect card details or process an online card payment. An uploaded or reported payment alone does not confirm receipt: an authorised team member must verify the actual deposit. Keep your order number and private tracking code safe.
Prices, delivery and changes
The order records the item prices and delivery charge shown at submission. Before paying, confirm whether customs duties and other import charges are included, the delivery destination and the expected delivery period. If an item becomes unavailable or its purchase cost changes, the team must agree any alternative, additional payment or cancellation with you before proceeding.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact the team using the contact details displayed on the shop. The available cancellation or return options depend on whether an item has been purchased, shipped or delivered. International shipping and return charges may apply. Any refund must be arranged and confirmed by the local team; changing an order status on this website does not transfer money.
Your information
When you submit an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, optional email and order notes. Product requests collect your name, phone number, requested URL and notes. We use these details to respond, arrange purchases, verify local payments, deliver orders and handle customer support.
Authorised staff in Sri Lanka and Korea can access the information needed for their work. Delivery and customs providers may receive the details required to fulfil your order. The website uses cloud hosting and database services. Do not include passwords, bank login details, card numbers or identity documents in order notes.
Your browser stores your shopping cart and the private tracking details for orders placed on that device. Staff authentication uses Sign in with ChatGPT. Operational records are stored on the server, and payment confirmations are recorded with the staff member and time. Contact the operator to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, subject to records that must be retained for the order or applicable requirements.
Catalogue images and product sources
Collection and banner imagery is illustrative. Only separately listed, available products can be ordered. Source links identify the original listing; KAELX operates its own purchasing and delivery service. Product descriptions, options and final availability should be checked before payment.
